Call for Abstracts & Registration Now Open
We are pleased to announce the opening of the Call for Abstracts and Registration for the 2nd General Meeting of the CYPHER COST Action, a key event focused on advancing collaborative research in the field of Renewable Synthetic Fuel (RSF) Combustion and the decarbonisation of Energy-Intensive Industries (EIIs).
Registration Details
Registration fee: 120€
Social Dinner: If you would like to bring a guest to the dinner on Tuesday, an additional fee of 50€ will apply.
Refund Policy:
Cancellations made by April 18th, 2025 will receive a full refund.
Cancellations after April 19th, 2025 will not be refunded.
Late Registration: Registrations after May 2nd, 2025 (subject to availability) will be charged 150€.

Social Dinner: Tuesday at 19:30 at Morskie Oko.
Call for Abstracts
We invite participants to submit abstracts for poster presentations. Each selected participant will have 5 minutes to present their poster. Presenters will be chosen based on the quality of the abstracts submitted.
Abstract submission deadline: We recommend submitting your abstracts before the week of March 31st to April 4th, 2025, as e-cost invitations for participation will be sent out during that week.
Abstract File Name: Abstracts must be named in the format WGX_SurnameName (e.g., WG1_SmithJohn).
File Format: Abstracts must be submitted in PDF format.
Template: A template for submitting abstracts can be found here.
Participants from an ITC (Inclusiveness Target Country).
Gender equality considerations.
Note: Submitting an abstract does not automatically guarantee eligibility for reimbursement. Those submitting abstracts after the mentioned deadline will only be eligible for reimbursement if spots are available.
